So your make-up lasts even longer
Apply foundation, powder face and set with setting spray – done! In this usual order, many should apply their make-up. However, sometimes foundation and powder settle unattractively in the wrinkles and make the result look mask-like or blotchy. This happens especially if you use the spray too liberally and the make-up gets so wet that it slips easily.
THE COMPLEXION BECOMES FLAWLESS
Beauty expert Rose Siard, who regularly shares cool beauty tips and tricks on her Instagram channel, knows how to avoid this problem. The key to a flawless complexion is to change the order slightly.
She explains, “It’s better, after applying foundation and concealer, to dampen a sponge or powder puff with setting spray and then set everything with a pressing motion.” Then you pick up some loose powder with the same sponge/puff and use it to matt the desired areas. The result is a flawless make-up look that refines the pores and lasts forever.
